FLOWER SHIPPING GUIDE

How to Ship Your Wedding Bouquet

Pack with care. Send within 24–48 hours of your event.

01

Prepare Your Flowers

Using sharp scissors, trim ½–1 inch from the bottom of each flower stem at an angle, then gently pat the stems dry. Keep the remaining stems intact—cut only at the bottom, never close to the flower heads.

Shipping an already dried bouquet? Skip the trimming and drying instructions and continue to Step 2.

Remove ribbons, family heirlooms, and other bouquet accessories unless you would like them included in your resin flower preservation keepsake.

02

Wrap Your Bouquet

Loosely surround your bouquet with tissue or packing paper, similar to the wrapping used for florist or store-bought flowers. Avoid pressing or crushing the blooms.

Wrap the bouquet together as one arrangement, rather than wrapping individual flowers.

Do not use plastic, bubble wrap, or wet paper towels around your flowers. These can trap moisture and encourage mould during shipping.

03

Cushion & Protect

Create a protective base by lining the bottom of your shipping box with crumpled tissue or packing paper.

Position the wrapped bouquet in the centre of the cushioned base.

Gently fill the remaining spaces around and above the bouquet with additional paper to help prevent movement during transit.

04

Seal & Label

Close the box securely with packing tape and attach a clearly visible “FRAGILE” label.

Whether you, a friend, or a family member sends the flowers, label the box with the receipt of your order and you phone number.

Send your bouquet to FizzArt Creations using the shipping address provided in your order acceptance email.

Do not request a signature upon delivery.

05

Ship Within 24–48 Hours

For fresh wedding bouquet preservation, ship your flowers within 24–48 hours after your event using overnight delivery.

Already dried flowers do not require overnight shipping, but choose a service that delivers promptly.

UPS, DHL, and FedEx are preferred shipping options. Confirm the expected arrival date before booking your bouquet shipment.
